ThriveWell Behavioral Health is a community-based coaching and consulting practice dedicated to helping youth, families, and schools build stronger behavioral and emotional wellness.

Grounded in applied behavior science and trauma-informed care, ThriveWell bridges clinical insight with everyday life offering practical, compassionate strategies that empower families and educators to create environments where everyone can thrive.

Under the leadership of Amanda E. Dorsey, M.S., a Behavioral Specialist and Education Coach, ThriveWell partners with parents, schools, and community organizations to deliver evidence-based coaching, professional development, and digital tools that foster growth, connection, and resilience.

Our approach is simple: meet people where they are, equip them with tools that work, and walk with them toward lasting change.

  • Founder & Behavior Specialist

    Amanda Dorsey is the Founder of ThriveWell Behavioral Health, a trauma-informed coaching and consulting practice that supports youth, families, and schools through behavior wellness and education. With over a decade of experience in behavioral science and classroom-based support, she bridges data-driven strategies with compassionate care. Amanda holds a Bachelors’ and Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and certifications in Trauma-Informed Care, CBT Life Coaching, and Behavioral Health Coaching. Her mission is to help families and educators build stronger relationships, reduce stress, and foster environments where everyone can thrive through practical, culturally responsive, and evidence-based support.

  • Licensed Behavioral Specialist

    LaChele Jenkins is a Licensed Behavior Specialist and Parent Educator with over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, psychology, and parent advocacy. A doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership at Liberty University, she integrates clinical expertise with compassionate, evidence-based support for families and schools. LaChele specializes in trauma-informed care, parent training, and behavioral intervention planning. She is also an active community leader and national presenter on topics including burnout prevention, organizational behavior management, and equitable access to behavioral health services. Her mission is to empower caregivers with the tools and confidence to help every child thrive.
